I am soo in agreement. I always felt like any moment the FBI was going to come and confiscate ME!! Creative Commons has been the BOMB for me too!!

Thanks for sharing the sites. I too am a blog/feed aholic!! Sometimes I am afraid to open my bloglines or reader account!! But I have high hope for my new reader account!!

Wow . . . what discipline. I hope that I will end up doing that when I complete this class. I know there is so much information out there that would benefit me and my teachers that I missing. My problem is (like everyone’s) making the time to read all that information. I get overwhelmed easily and I think if I went to check my blogs and I had 100 different posts I would panic. I hope to get better.

I can really identify with your comment on Habit 1, Begin with the end in mind. I get so caught up in the process – I end up going in circles and never finishing. I figured out in PowerPoint that I do best when I focus on my outline – next I need to track down sources, activities, etc – and then I can go back and pick a “design” – and finally worry about the small things like edits, bells & whistles, etc. I’ve got to remember that when I try other Web 2.0 tools – focus on content first – then worry about the other elements.

I so agree about reading feeds and blogs for PD. I truly believe I have LEARNED more new material and ideas in the past 12 months than the previous 5 years!! It is such an efficient way to gather information that is important to me.
